Dear, Sophia...Trouble Finding My Size

Dear Sophia,

The bra is really well constructed. Looked to be an everyday go-to bra. I tried 2 different sizes and neither fit me. The cups were too shallow and caused “spillage” at the top. I gave up and returned it.

Dear Margaret,

Thank you so much for writing to us - don’t give up, we can definitely help you!

First off, I’m so glad to hear that you are pleased with the construction of our bras. We use high-quality materials and take pride in the unique way that our bras are made. We put a lot of thought into the design of our bras.

Now, to help solve your problem!

If you are finding that your cups are too shallow and are causing spillage, aka, the dreaded “quadboob” effect - I would recommend sizing up in the cup. Did you (1) try two sister sizes? Or did you (2) try two different cup sizes within the same band? That will make a big difference.

  1. Means that you were actually trying the same cup volume with different bands, and that you will need to try a cup volume larger. You should choose the band that was most comfortable. Did it fit snugly without too much space? …….. Once you decide the band that worked best, choose the next cup size up. For example, if you liked the 38E(DD) the best but felt that the cup was too shallow, try the 38F(DDD) next. Or, try the 38G. OR try both! Our new TryNow program allows you to try up to 3 sizes at once, without paying upfront. Take the risk away, and find your perfect Trusst bra size in the comfort of your own home.
  2. Means that you should choose the cup size that was the least small, and then go up a cup size from there. Keep the band the same, since it sounds like in this scenario that fit well.

I hope this helps you! If you have more questions about finding your size, feel free to email us at and someone on our team will get back to you asap to discuss!
