Dear, Sophia...Cup Sizes Run Small

Dear Sophia,

Unfortunately, I will be exchanging for a larger cup size. I ordered a 40G because that is what I usually wear, but I will be exchanging for an H cup. Can't wait to get it in a better fitting size!!

Patti M.

Dear Patti,

Thank you so much for writing to us! We would be happy to explain a little bit more about our sizing and how to find the right fit. For starters, our bras do run smaller than other brands due to the 3D support structure that is sewn into our cups. It creates a more shallow cup. Finding your Trusst bra size is the first step that we recommend to people when ordering with us for the first time.

Most women order the size that they usually wear, and we cannot blame them for that. Our design is very distinct from other brands, due to the technology aspect of our bras. The first step we like to have the customers take is before ordering is inputting their band and bust measurements into our Find My Size calculator on our website. This will give women an idea of what size they might be in our products.

From there, customers are also given the opportunity to speak with a Bra Expert. Our Bra Experts are able to walk women through the process of finding the right size and style for them. They are trained to give sizing suggestions based on your current non-Trusst bra size and style, as well as the results of the sizing calculator if they seem off. Bra Experts allow for the customers to have an open discussion about issues they are currently facing with the sizing and style of the current bras they are wearing, as well as questions they have about Trusst products. The customer will then have a better understanding of how Trusst sizing works and what styles and sizes might work best for them.

Another suggestion we make to customers is to try more than one size or style. If you are in-between sizes or unsure, it is always better to order more than one. We do offer risk-free returns and exchanges for non-Final Sale items. This makes it easier for customers to exchange for a better fit. The other option for ordering more than one size or style at a time is our Try Now program. This program allows customers to try up to three sizes or styles for a trial period of 14 days.

We hope that this helps answer any of the questions you may have about the sizing or fit of Trusst bras. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to our Bra Experts or Support Team at
