How To Measure Yourself?

If you’ve explored our Find My Size Calculator, you know that finding the right bra starts with measuring both your bust and band. It’s vital that these measurements are as accurate as possible in order to get you into the right size - to the nearest quarter inch (0.25”) to be exact! We suggest that you always measure with a bra that fits you - because we want to make sure that you are getting your measurements in the correct place. In fact, we have this handy video that shows you exactly where and how to measure your bust and band.

Now that you’ve done that, you can enter your measurements into our Size Calculator which will then generate the Trusst bra size we recommend for you. It will also show you all of the available bras in that size. It’s as easy as that!

If you need any help with measuring, understanding the difference between each style or how Trusst bras are supposed to fit (they do fit differently than traditional underwire bras...and in our honest opinions, even better than traditional bras because they also reduce back and shoulder pain!), don’t hesitate to reach out to our Bra Experts. They will be able to assist you with any questions you have to make sure you find the best size and style for YOU.

We also encourage you to reach other blog posts about sizing, check out our Bra Ph.D., and learn more about how our technology works. Because we all know that knowledge is power!
