What does beauty mean to you?
Beauty to me means value. Whatever is valuable to you or makes you feel valuable is beautiful. Beauty is also perception which is why you can find it in literally any and everything. I showcase my beauty through my writing because it allows me to empower other women to follow their passion. What’s more beautiful than an empowered woman?
What does being comfortable mean to you and your life?
Comfort is very important to me in my everyday style-running around trying to tackle day to day errands for the blog and events and whatever else the day holds can be ten times more stressful if I’m constantly having to adjust myself and rearrange the way my ya is sitting. Trusst is a huge part of my day to day comfort because I can get through my day without having to think twice about my bra.
How did you discover Trusst?
I discovered Trusst on Instagram! I was scrolling through and saw a woman-owned and operated company with a yearning to inspire unconventional beauty and was instantly intrigued! Then I tried the bras and it was a wrap!
What is your favorite thing about Trusst and/or the products?
My favorite thing about Trusst is how inclusive the brand is. Trusst proudly showcases different forms of beauty in diversity with their marketing, models, purchase options, and this is only the beginning. I’m so proud to represent a company with quality products and morals.
What do you do on a daily basis? What builds your confidence?
My confidence gets built and rebuilt regularly because it’s a daily task. Nothing makes me feel better than throwing on some Lizzo, styling a dope outfit—with my Trusst bra, of course, and crushing the challenge at hand.
Trusst was founded by women who challenged the traditional stereotypes of bra design - through engineering, physics, and product design that is not typically seen in the lingerie industry. However, that passion for challenge extends further than just through design; it resonates in the way you live your life as well as the way you perceive yourself and others around you.
We will continue to share stories of other women like Ari who are redefining beauty. And we welcome you to share yours as well! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or share photos and tag us with #becauseoftrusst and #redefiningbeauty for a chance to be featured in an upcoming blog post.
Thanks for all of YOUR support of our brand and mission - we wouldn’t be here without you.
