Trusst Lingerie Customer Warranty

At Trusst Lingerie, we guarantee that all of our products are built with the utmost care and quality. In the event that your new bra has any defects resulting from poor assembly, a product credit will be considered. Typical qualifications to be assessed under warranty are the following: rips, tears, or snags in the fabric; missing hardware; excessive bunching on seams or crooked seams; stains or excessive odor. At Trusst Lingerie, we will consider all warranty cases and will assess each on a case-by-case basis. If you are approved, we will offer you a credit in the same method as the original purchase.

All products are guaranteed under warranty for 45 days after purchase.

 

To submit a Warranty Claim:

Submit a claim to support@trusstlingerie.com with "Warranty" in the subject line. Please include the following information:

  • Style name and size
  • Proof of purchase (order number, proof of receipt, etc)
  • Email address associated with the order (if different from the one used to submit the claim)
  • Description of claim
  • Photos of damaged area(s)

We will do our best to review and respond in a timely manner. We appreciate your feedback and support for our products and want to make sure that you love your bra.

 

What is not covered under warranty?

Expected wear and tear from normal, everyday use is not covered under warranty.

Damages resulting from improper care will not be guaranteed under warranty. Never dry bras using a dryer as the heat and cycling can damage the internal support system. For care instructions, please see the insert that was included in your package or visit our FAQs page.

The Marjory, Jessica, and Suzanne bras are designed to be everyday bras - they are not designed for the rigor of sports use or for use in chlorinated pools and spas. Damages resulting from use during sports or swimming are not covered under warranty.
