Before you return...
We encourage you to wear your new Trusst bra around for a few hours. Try it under a few outfits, move your body, and spend some time getting used to our bra technology and the difference you will feel on your shoulders and back. If you still aren't happy, below are instructions for processing a return or exchange for a different size.
Are bras returnable?
Yes - we want you to be able to try one of our revolutionary bras with no-risk. All returned bras must have the original tags and, if possible, the protective plastic bag. Bras must not be visibly worn, must be undamaged, and be free of stains and odor. Please visit our Customer Warranty page for more information.

Are panties returnable?
Panties are only returnable if the packaging seal has not been opened.
Want our fitting advice before ordering a different size?
Include a description and/or photos of what isn't working for you in your email and we'll happily work with you to determine a better size and/or style for you.
How do I return an item?
Use the returns and exchanges link at the bottom of our website to submit your return. You will need your order number and zip code.

Currently, Trusst Brands is not able to provide free international return shipping.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you retain tracking information when mailing your return until you have received your refund. If your return is not delivered we will not be able to refund you.How long do I have to return an item?
We will gladly accept returns if they are received at our warehouse within 30 days from the purchase date.
How do I package my return?
Use the packaging of your choice to repackage the bra (i.e. a poly-bag similar to the one your bra was shipped in). Please be aware that any items damaged during returns shipping will not be eligible for refund. Please include all original tags, the RMA form, and if possible the clear plastic bag used to protect the products.
What if my bra arrived damaged?
If your bra arrives damaged, take photographs immediately of the damaged areas and the packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the photos so that we can assist you. Please see our Customer Warranty for more information.
Damaged or Worn Returns
All returns are inspected upon receipt directly by the Trusst staff. If your item is returned to us damaged or worn your order will not be eligible for refund. We will notify you if your return does not pass inspection and will include the reason and images for your reference.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your package and confirm that your item(s) meet the criteria from above, we will refund your order to the original form of payment. This can take 7-10 business days to process through your financial institution.
Need to exchange for a different size?
Trusst now offers exchanges for the same style! Email us at email@example.com with the subject line: Exchange and the new size that you would like and we will get back to you within 1 business day to confirm availability. We will let you know if the requested item is in stock and will send you a shipping label to use to mail back your current size. Once received, we will mail your exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, we will do our best to let you know when it might be back in stock or we will help you find a new size/style that would work best for you.
Any free, or promotional items must be included in your return shipment for a refund.
